Description

This AISI 4130 30CrMo Chromoly Alloy Oil Drilling Pipe represents a premium-grade, heavy-wall seamless steel pipe specifically engineered for the most demanding casing and production applications in the oil and gas industry. Manufactured from chromium-molybdenum alloy steel conforming to both AISI 4130 and 30CrMo specifications, this robust piping solution combines exceptional mechanical strength with superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for critical downhole applications where reliability and longevity are paramount.

 

The pipe's heavy-wall design provides enhanced collapse resistance and superior structural integrity, enabling it to withstand extreme external pressures, high axial loads, and severe mechanical stresses encountered in deep well and high-pressure applications. The chromium-molybdenum alloy composition (typically containing 0.28-0.33% carbon, 0.8-1.1% chromium, and 0.15-0.25% molybdenum) delivers an optimal balance of high tensile strength, excellent toughness, and improved fatigue resistance compared to conventional carbon steel pipes.

 

This seamless chromoly pipe undergoes precise heat treatment processes including quenching and tempering to achieve mechanical properties typically featuring yield strengths of 550-750 MPa and tensile strengths of 700-900 MPa, while maintaining excellent impact toughness at various temperature ranges. The heavy-wall construction ensures maximum resistance to deformation under load and provides extended service life in both casing and production applications.
